1. What Layarvia is

Layarvia is a personal media player. It plays video files that you own and that are stored in places you control: folders in your own Google Drive, or folders on your own device. Layarvia does not provide, host, sell, or distribute any movies, TV shows, or other content. There is no content library operated by the developer; the app is an empty player until you point it at your own files.

2. Information the app accesses, and why

2.1 Your Google Drive files (only with your permission, read-only)

When you connect Google Drive, you choose which folder(s) the app may look at (for example, a folder where you keep your videos). With your permission, the app:

• Lists the contents of the folders you selected (including subfolders) so it can build your library: file names, file types, and file identifiers.
• Streams/reads the video and subtitle files you choose to play, directly from Google Drive to your device.
• Does not modify, move, rename, share, or delete any of your existing files. Library access is read-only.

The only file the app ever creates or writes in Google Drive is one small file named progress.json, stored in the app's own hidden app-data folder (appDataFolder) that only Layarvia can access. It contains your playback positions (which title, at what second, whether finished) so "Continue Watching" can sync between your own devices. The app never writes anywhere else in your Drive.

2.2 Files on your device (local source)

If you use the local source, you pick a folder on your device through the Android system folder picker. The app reads video and subtitle files from that folder only, and stores your local playback progress on the device. Nothing about your local files leaves your device except the title lookups described in section 2.4.

2.3 Your Layarvia account (Firebase)

Layarvia uses Google Sign-In with Firebase Authentication. When you create a Layarvia account, we store a registration record in Google Cloud Firestore containing:

• your name, email address, and Google profile photo URL (as provided by your Google account);
• account creation date and last-activity date;
• your catalog access status (see section 2.5);
• the movie requests you make inside the app (the TMDB title IDs you requested, and when), plus an aggregate count of how many users requested each title.

You can use the app without a Layarvia account; the account is only needed for the shared-catalog and movie-request features.

2.4 Title lookups sent to metadata and subtitle providers

To recognise your files and show posters, ratings, and descriptions, the app sends the cleaned title text derived from your file names (and, where available, the year, and season/episode numbers) to:

• TMDB (The Movie Database) — to match titles and fetch metadata, posters, and artwork. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
• OpenSubtitles and SubDL — only when you search for subtitles, to find subtitle files matching that title and language.

Your video files themselves are never uploaded to these services, and these lookups do not include your name, email, or account identity.

2.5 Shared catalog (optional)

The app offers an optional shared-catalog feature: the developer may share one folder in the developer's own Google Drive with your Google account (view-only, using Google Drive's normal sharing). If you use it, the app reads that shared folder using your own Google sign-in — the developer's account credentials are never in the app. Your access status (none / trial / active / expired) is stored in your account record (section 2.3), and the developer can see your name, email, and the movie requests you make, so access can be managed.

3. How information is stored

• On your device: your library database, playback progress, subtitle choices, and sign-in tokens (stored in encrypted storage protected by the Android Keystore).
• In your own Google Drive: the progress.json sync file described above, in Layarvia's private app-data folder.
• In Google Cloud Firestore: only the account record described in section 2.3, if you created a Layarvia account.

The developer does not operate any server that receives your media files, your file lists, or your playback history.

4. What we do not do

• No advertising, and no third-party advertising or analytics trackers in the app.
• We never sell your personal information.
• We never copy your media files to developer-controlled storage.
• We do not access Google Drive folders you did not select (other than the shared catalog folder described in section 2.5, if you use it).

6. Your choices: revoking access and deleting data

• Revoke Drive access at any time: open myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Layarvia, and remove access. You can also sign out of Drive inside the app (Settings).
• Delete the sync file: in Google Drive, open Settings → "Manage apps" → Layarvia → "Delete hidden app data", or disconnect the app there; this deletes progress.json from your app-data folder.
• Delete your Layarvia account record: email wieldsaef@gmail.com from the account's email address and we will delete your Firestore account record (registration data, catalog status, and your movie requests).
• Local data: uninstalling the app removes the library database, tokens, and progress stored on that device.

7. Children

Layarvia is a general-purpose media player for a user's own files and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new effective date. Material changes to how Google user data is handled will be reflected here before they take effect.

1. Apa itu Layarvia

Layarvia adalah pemutar media pribadi. Aplikasi ini memutar berkas video yang Anda miliki dan tersimpan di tempat yang Anda kendalikan: folder di Google Drive Anda sendiri, atau folder di perangkat Anda sendiri. Layarvia tidak menyediakan, menyimpan, menjual, atau mendistribusikan film, serial, atau konten apa pun. Tidak ada pustaka konten yang dioperasikan pengembang; aplikasi ini adalah pemutar kosong sampai Anda mengarahkannya ke berkas Anda sendiri.

2. Informasi yang diakses aplikasi, dan alasannya

2.1 Berkas Google Drive Anda (hanya dengan izin Anda, hanya baca)

Saat Anda menghubungkan Google Drive, Andalah yang memilih folder mana yang boleh dilihat aplikasi (misalnya folder tempat Anda menyimpan video). Dengan izin Anda, aplikasi:

• Mendaftar isi folder yang Anda pilih (termasuk subfolder) untuk membangun pustaka Anda: nama berkas, jenis berkas, dan pengenal berkas.
• Mengalirkan/membaca berkas video dan subtitle yang Anda pilih untuk diputar, langsung dari Google Drive ke perangkat Anda.
• Tidak mengubah, memindahkan, mengganti nama, membagikan, atau menghapus berkas Anda yang sudah ada. Akses pustaka bersifat hanya-baca.

Satu-satunya berkas yang pernah dibuat atau ditulis aplikasi di Google Drive adalah satu berkas kecil bernama progress.json, tersimpan di folder data aplikasi tersembunyi milik aplikasi itu sendiri (appDataFolder) yang hanya bisa diakses Layarvia. Isinya posisi pemutaran Anda (judul apa, di detik berapa, apakah sudah selesai) agar "Lanjutkan Menonton" bisa tersinkron antarperangkat Anda sendiri. Aplikasi tidak pernah menulis di tempat lain di Drive Anda.

2.2 Berkas di perangkat Anda (sumber lokal)

Bila Anda memakai sumber lokal, Anda memilih folder di perangkat melalui pemilih folder sistem Android. Aplikasi membaca berkas video dan subtitle hanya dari folder itu, dan menyimpan progres pemutaran lokal di perangkat. Tidak ada informasi tentang berkas lokal Anda yang meninggalkan perangkat, kecuali pencarian judul pada bagian 2.4.

2.3 Akun Layarvia Anda (Firebase)

Layarvia memakai Masuk dengan Google melalui Firebase Authentication. Saat Anda membuat akun Layarvia, kami menyimpan catatan registrasi di Google Cloud Firestore berisi:

• nama, alamat email, dan URL foto profil Google Anda (sebagaimana disediakan akun Google Anda);
• tanggal pembuatan akun dan tanggal aktivitas terakhir;
• status akses katalog Anda (lihat bagian 2.5);
• permintaan film yang Anda buat di dalam aplikasi (ID judul TMDB yang Anda minta, dan waktunya), plus hitungan agregat berapa pengguna meminta tiap judul.

Anda dapat memakai aplikasi tanpa akun Layarvia; akun hanya diperlukan untuk fitur katalog bersama dan permintaan film.

2.4 Pencarian judul ke penyedia metadata dan subtitle

Untuk mengenali berkas Anda dan menampilkan poster, rating, dan sinopsis, aplikasi mengirim teks judul yang sudah dibersihkan dari nama berkas Anda (dan, bila tersedia, tahun, serta nomor musim/episode) ke:

• TMDB (The Movie Database) — untuk mencocokkan judul dan mengambil metadata, poster, dan gambar. Produk ini menggunakan TMDB API tetapi tidak didukung atau disertifikasi oleh TMDB.
• OpenSubtitles dan SubDL — hanya saat Anda mencari subtitle, untuk menemukan berkas subtitle yang cocok dengan judul dan bahasa tersebut.

Berkas video Anda sendiri tidak pernah diunggah ke layanan-layanan ini, dan pencarian ini tidak menyertakan nama, email, atau identitas akun Anda.

2.5 Katalog bersama (opsional)

Aplikasi menawarkan fitur katalog bersama yang opsional: pengembang dapat membagikan satu folder di Google Drive milik pengembang sendiri ke akun Google Anda (lihat-saja, memakai berbagi normal Google Drive). Bila Anda memakainya, aplikasi membaca folder bersama itu memakai login Google Anda sendiri — kredensial akun pengembang tidak pernah ada di dalam aplikasi. Status akses Anda (none / trial / active / expired) tersimpan di catatan akun Anda (bagian 2.3), dan pengembang dapat melihat nama, email, serta permintaan film Anda, agar akses dapat dikelola.

3. Cara informasi disimpan

• Di perangkat Anda: basis data pustaka, progres pemutaran, pilihan subtitle, dan token masuk (tersimpan dalam penyimpanan terenkripsi yang dilindungi Android Keystore).
• Di Google Drive Anda sendiri: berkas sinkron progress.json di atas, di folder data aplikasi pribadi milik Layarvia.
• Di Google Cloud Firestore: hanya catatan akun pada bagian 2.3, bila Anda membuat akun Layarvia.

Pengembang tidak mengoperasikan server apa pun yang menerima berkas media, daftar berkas, atau riwayat tontonan Anda.

4. Yang tidak kami lakukan

• Tidak ada iklan, dan tidak ada pelacak iklan atau analitik pihak ketiga di dalam aplikasi.
• Kami tidak pernah menjual informasi pribadi Anda.
• Kami tidak pernah menyalin berkas media Anda ke penyimpanan yang dikendalikan pengembang.
• Kami tidak mengakses folder Google Drive yang tidak Anda pilih (selain folder katalog bersama pada bagian 2.5, bila Anda memakainya).

6. Pilihan Anda: mencabut akses dan menghapus data

• Cabut akses Drive kapan saja: buka myaccount.google.com/permissions, pilih Layarvia, lalu hapus akses. Anda juga bisa keluar dari Drive di dalam aplikasi (Pengaturan).
• Hapus berkas sinkron: di Google Drive, buka Setelan → "Kelola aplikasi" → Layarvia → "Hapus data aplikasi tersembunyi", atau putuskan aplikasi di sana; ini menghapus progress.json dari folder data aplikasi Anda.
• Hapus catatan akun Layarvia Anda: kirim email ke wieldsaef@gmail.com dari alamat email akun tersebut dan kami akan menghapus catatan akun Firestore Anda (data registrasi, status katalog, dan permintaan film Anda).
• Data lokal: mencopot pemasangan aplikasi menghapus basis data pustaka, token, dan progres yang tersimpan di perangkat tersebut.

7. Anak-anak

Layarvia adalah pemutar media serbaguna untuk berkas milik pengguna sendiri dan tidak ditujukan kepada anak di bawah 13 tahun.

8. Perubahan kebijakan ini

Bila kebijakan ini berubah, versi terbarunya akan diterbitkan di alamat yang sama ini dengan tanggal berlaku baru. Perubahan material atas cara data pengguna Google ditangani akan tercermin di sini sebelum berlaku.
